Refund Policy

At MAD Spaces, we strive to provide high-quality interior design services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

Consultations / Meetings:

Refunds for paid consultations or initial meetings are available only if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered.

Design Services / Projects:

Payments made for concept design, detailed plans, or 3D renderings are non-refundable once work has commenced.
